At Tiers of Joy Gluten-Free Bakery, our goal is to make gluten-free desserts with real ingredients that you CAN eat and ENJOY too. We strive to create delicious, beautiful desserts no matter the food allergy or diet restriction.

As of April 2024, I will be taking a break and laying the business down for a season to focus on family, writing a cookie/cupcake cookbook, and pursuing what brings peace.

The ultimate end goal is a storefront that not only feeds your sweet tooth but also your soul and creativity. A place to gather and get filled up on sugar, caffeine and the Holy Spirit.

 ORDER REQUEST FORM

Must be submitted by Sunday to be reviewed on Monday.
Submitting the form does not guarantee your order.

INVOICE

EMAILED

After the Order Request Form is reviewed, and IF we are able to  fulfill the order for the date needed, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
If unable, we will respond via email.

PAY

INVOICE

No refunds or credits. All sales are final.
If not paid by due date, order will be cancelled.

PICK UP

Pick date and time will be confirmed week of order pick-up via text to number provided on order form.

I understand that placing an Order Request form does NOT guarantee fulfillment of the order.
I understand that Order Requests need to be placed a minimum of TWO WEEKS before date needed.
I understand that Order Requests are reviewed weekly on MONDAYS ONLY. Please place orders by Sunday of that week.
Payment is due 7 days prior to order pick update. If not paid, the ordered will be cancelled.
Once the invoice is paid there are NO cancellations or refunds.

Are you only gluten free?

We are 100% gluten-free and do not offer any items made with gluten. 
Other allergies & diet restrictions can be accommodated as well.

Do you have pre-made items available for pick-up?

Are you nut free?

We do not use any peanut/tree nut ingredients in our flour blend.
Peanuts and tree nuts are used in our facility and on same equipment.
